NEET UG 2022 Application Form Correction Window: Here’s how to make changes in your submitted application form

NEET UG 2022 Application Form Correction Window: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2022 online application correction window is open now.

Interested candidates who want to make changes in their NEET UG application form can do now only at neet.nta.nic.in.


This facility is available only for those who have submitted the application form. The last date to make changes to the application form is May 27 (up to 9 pm).

After closing the application form correction window, no candidates will be entertained by National Testing Agency (NTA) under any circumstances.

Earlier, the NTA had mentioned that it will not open its edit window, but it has decided to open the application correction window after getting receiving requests from the candidates.

“In view of the numerous representations received from the candidates regarding allowing them to edit/modify their particulars in the online application form of NEET (UG) – 2022, National Testing Agency has decided to provide an opportunity to the candidates for modifying their particulars in the online application form of NEET (UG) – 2022,” NTA said in official notification.

"Please note that final correction shall be applicable only after payment of an additional fee if required. In case of change in Gender, Category, or PwD, if there is an impact on the fee amount then the Candidate will be charged an excess fee as applicable. Excess payment made will not be refunded, if any," it said.

NEET 2022 Application Form Window: Know what you can edit

Aspirants are allowed to edit all fields except mobile number, permanent address, correspondence address, email address, and nationality.

Candidates must note that it is a one-time facility that allows candidates to make changes in their application form and re-upload some documents. Therefore, candidates are advised to be very careful while making changes to the application form, as no further chance will be given to NEET aspirants.

NTA has concluded its application process on May 20. The NEET-UG exam will be held on July 17. The medical entrance test will be held offline, in pen and paper mode.
