JEST Registration 2019: Apply for online application for the Joint Entrance Screening Test from this date

The Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) online application process likely to start soon. Therefore, interested candidates can apply for the entrance examination on the official website of JEST at jest.org.in.

According to the reports, the online registration process for JEST 2019 will begin from 10th November. So, candidates can apply for the exam by clicking on the registration link on the official homepage.

However, the last date to submit the online application, as well as payment of the application form, is 15th November.

Here’s how to do the registration for JEST 2019:

1. Open the official website of JEST at jest.org.in
2. Click on the link provided for the registration
3. Submit your details asked on the official page
4. Upload your photo and signature
5. Click on OK after fees submission
6. Download your application form
7. Take a printout for future references

As per the notification, the JEST 2019 exam will be held on 17th February 2019. However, the validity of the JEST score is for one year only.

Check out the eligibility criteria for JEST 2019:

For PhD (Physics): Candidate must have the Master’s degree in Physics.
For Ph D (Theoretical Computer Science at IMSc): Applicants must have the master’s degree in Science/ Engineering or Technology in Computer Science and related streams.

For Ph D (Computational Biology at IMSc): Candidate should possess a postgraduate degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology/ Computer Application or Science.

For Ph D (Neuroscience at NBRC): Interested candidates should have the post graduation degree in Physics or Mathematics, apart from it, bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or master's degree in Computer Science.

• Last date to submit application form is 15th December 2018
• Admit card will available from 20th January 2019
• JEST exam date is 17th February 2019
