HPCL Recruitment 2019: GATE registered aspirants can also apply for these posts released for Engineers; here’s how

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited the online application form from the Engineering students.

However, GATE registered aspirants can also apply for the recruitment notification of Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineers through GATE 2019.

Aspirants who have registered for GATE 2019 can use their registration number and password to apply for HPCL engineers recruitment.

The registration to apply for the recruitment drive begins today i.e. 15th January 2019 and the last date to register for the recruitment is 15th February 2019.

The marks scored in GATE 2019 will be considered in this recruitment drive announced by HPCL and the selected aspirants will have to appear for the further process to get selected.

To qualify the exam, the unreserved candidates should have a minimum aggregate mark of 60%, whereas the SC, ST and OBC candidates should have a minimum of 50% in all the semesters.

Application Fee:

Candidates belonging to unreserved candidates will have to pay Rs 236, if paid through Debit Cards and Rs 271, if paid through Credit Card or bank Vouchers. While candidates from the SC, ST and PWD categories are exempted from paying any fee.

However, this year GATE exams will be conducted on February 2, 3, 9 and 10 and the results will be declared on March 16.

Hence, the marks obtained in the GATE 2019 will be considered in the recruitment process of HPCL 2019.
