Here’s the reason why CBSE Class 10th, 12th Board exams will conclude early

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheets for the Class 10th and Class 12th Board exam on its official website. This year, board examination will be early concluded in the month of April 2019.

The reason behind the early start and finish of the Board exams this year is the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections that will be held next year. However, the expectations about the early start of the examination were doing the round from the few months.

There is a possibility that class 12th students will face difficulty for taking the admissions to the undergraduate courses as the results likely to be declared after the 45 days.


This year, the Class 12th board exam will begin on 15th February 2019 and will end on 3rd April 2019. While the exams of Class 10th will start on 21st February and will continue till 29th March 2019.

Talking about 2018 CBSE Board exam, the date sheet for the class 10th was released on 10th January.

While this year, CBSE has released the date sheets a month before the examination.

With the early release of the exam dates, students can do the preparation of the examination in a well-planned manner.
