CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 Cancellation: Intermediate students should check this latest update

CBSE Class 12th Board Exam Latest Update: Amid reports of conducting CBSE Class 12th Board exams, around 300 intermediate students have sent a letter to Chief Justice of India NV Ramana to revoke the decision of CBSE to hold physical conduct of Class 12 or intermediate exams amid a surge in coronavirus cases in India.

Students have requested the apex court to direct the government to provide an alternative assessment policy for CBSE class 12th board students.


As per reports, CBSE is expected to conduct the Class 12th exams from July 15 to August 26. However, the final decision will be announced after a review meeting on June 1.

Meanwhile, the Central Board of Secondary Education is planning to conduct the exams between July 15 and August 26. While the result will be announced in September 2021.

Earlier, Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had invited suggestions from states on how to conduct the CBSE 12th board exams 2021 by 25.

“I have requested the State Governments to send me their detailed suggestions by 25th May,” Pokhriyal said after the meeting.

On the other hand, CBSE released a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Class 10th board students regarding the alternate policy for marks tabulation on Monday (May 24).

In the FAQs, CBSE has answered the questions related to the assessment criteria, co-opting of teachers, and other important issues related to CBSE Class 10th board exam results.
