Delhi shocker: Man brutally attacks neighbour with rod over barking pet dog [Watch]
In a shocking incident reported from Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area, A man injured three members of a family in his neighbourhood using an iron rod allegedly after their pet dog barked at him. The accused man also struck the pet dog with the iron rod and injured it badly.
In the CCTV footage of the gruesome incident, the man can be seen hitting the pet dog with an iron rod and then he hits the dog’s owner. When another member of the family tried to stop him, the man also hit him on the head.

A police case has been filed at Paschim Vihar East Police Station. “On the statement of Rakshit (owner of the dog), a case registered under various sections of IPC and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act registered at Paschim Vihar East Police Station,” said the police.
The police are investigating the case and facts are being verified. The injured are undergoing treatment.
