Heavy rainfall brought several parts of Delhi and Gurugram to a standstill on 31 August. Intense water-logging left roads leading to the Millennium City submerged, and choked up traffic in various parts of Delhi.
A number of commuters reportedly could not reach the airport to catch their flights owing to massive traffic and water-logging in the city.
One flight was also diverted to Jaipur due to the heavy downpour.
