You have seen Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer’s power hitting performances but now take a look at the rapping skills. After a match between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, Pant and Iyer show off their rapping expertise. The match ended with Delhi Capitals on the winning side and reaching the second qualifier.
The Indian Premier League uploaded a video where Pant and Iyer can be seen rapping a famous line from Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s movie ‘Gully Boy’. The official IPL Twitter handle posted the video and asked Ranveer Singh to react. The post was captioned, “@RishabPant777 opens up to Shreyas Iyer about his power-packed batting in Vizag. Rishabh Pant played a match winning knock of 49 runs to help his team cross the finishing line. Pant’s power-hitting performance also earned him the man of the match award. Skipper Shreyas Iyer praised his team-mate and said that Pant is ruthless, fearless and relentless.
Delhi Capitals won their first play-off match in IPL history and they qualified for one for the first time since 2012. The team changed their avatar for good as they changed their look and their name. Delhi Capitals was formerly known as Delhi Daredevils.
Delhi will play the second qualifier against Chennai Super Kings in Visakhapatnam. Chennai lost the first qualifier against Mumbai Indians.
