Virat-Anushka welcome baby girl: Top-notch Indian cricketers who are blessed with daughters
The power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma became proud parents to a baby girl on 11th January.
The Indian skipper, who returned from the tour of Australia after the first Test, was on paternity leave to be with his wife Anushka Sharma for the moment. With the arrival of a baby girl, one will only see abundance of excitement and happiness in the lives of the couple.
Nevertheless, Virat and Anushka aren’t the only couple blessed with a baby girl. Among the current lot in the Indian cricket team, daughters are dominating the field. here are other instances where others have been blessed with a baby girl.
1. Ajinkya Rahane:
Ajinkya Rahane and wife Radhika were blessed with a daughter on 5th October 5. Rahane captioned a picture revealing the name of his daughter and it was Aarya. Rahane tied the knot with Radhika in 2014.
2) Ravichandran Ashwin:
Ravichandran Ashwin is a wizard on the field. His family interactions with his wife Priti and his daughters is nothing but amazing. Ashwin has two daughters and their names are Aadhya and Akhira.
Rohit Sharma is one of the best players when it comes to white ball cricket. Rohit Sharma got married to Ritika Sajdeh in 2015 and they were blessed with a baby daughter, Samaira in December 2018.
Suresh Raina was a significant part of the Indian cricket team when they won the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup. Suresh Raina married his wife Priyanka and Gracia Raina was born on 16 May 2016.
Cheteshwar Pujara:
The opener is the new-age wall of the Indian side and recently his defiance helped India save the Sydney Test against Australia. In February 2018, Pujara and his wife Puja was blessed with a baby girl called Aditi.
