Shocking! MS Dhoni will not play for India in T20Is again
MS Dhoni on Friday was dropped from India's T20I squad against West Indies and Australia. The fans of MSD were given a shock as BCCI's acting secretary Amitabh Chaudhary announced the teams for T20Is against Windies and Australia.
While Indian captain Virat Kohli too was rested for the 3 match T20I series against West Indies, Rohit Sharma will take the charge as the captain in Kohli's absence.
As the next T20I World Cup will be played in 2020, the Dhoni fans are assuming that MSD will not done the T20I jersey for India again.
Though, the Indian selector MSK Prasad said and I quote "He(Dhoni) is not going to play the six T20Is (West Indies and Australia) because we are looking at the second keeper's slot. So I think we will retain Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik.
Even few experts from the cricketing world felt that this was an indication that Dhoni will not paly for India in T20Is again.
