Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammed Shami, were embroiled in an altercation on Twitter after Pakistan's defeat to England in the T20 World Cup 2022 final. While Akhtar posted a 'heartbroken' emoji after the match ended in Pakistan's loss, Shami reacted with a 'Karma' tweet.
The former Pakistan pacer also responded to Shami, sharing a Harsha Bhogle tweet while calling it 'sensible'. The tiff between the two pacers on the internet left many fans wondering what really transpired between the two. Following India’s elimination from the mega event, Shoaib Akhtar put out an extensive video, underlining what went wrong for Rohit Sharma-led team India in the tournament. In the video, the Akhtar even said that Shami shouldn't have been a part of the team's campaign in Australia.
