Pakistani commentator Ramiz Raja is currently on World Cup duty in England and Wales. Ramiz was part of the team doing commentary during India’s clash against Afghanistan. During the match, Ramiz said that Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is a big fan of Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his batting style. Ramiz said that Imran Khan follows Virat Kohli and reckons that he scores run for India when the team needs it.

India recently defeated Pakistan under the leadership of Virat Kohli. Kohli scored 77 of 67 balls and also became the fastest batsman to score 11,000 ODI runs in the process. Kohli surpassed the likes of Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly to achieve the milestone as he did it in 222 innings. Virat Kohli against Afghanistan became the second Indian captain to score three World Cup half-centuries consecutively after Mohammed Azharuddin.

India under Virat Kohli’s captaincy is enjoying a 100 percent win ration in this World Cup as they have not lost a single game in the tournament so far. India is one of the two teams to maintain the 100 percent win ratio, the other team is New Zealand against whom India’s match was abandoned due to rain.

India will play against West Indies on June 27 at Old Trafford, Manchester where they defeated their arch-rival Pakistan by 89 runs (DLS) method. Virat Kohli and team kept the 27-year old record intact of not losing a World Cup match against the men in green.
