MI vs KKR, IPL 2018: Rohit Sharma led team beats Dinesh Karthik's Knight Riders by 13 runs

The 37th match of IPL played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians, Dinesh Karthik skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders decided to bowl first after winning the toss. So, Mumbai Indians came to bat first and set the target of 182 runs in front of Kolkata Knight Riders. It looks like Mumbai Indians is again in the form and their winning car has got a petrol. Rohit Sharma led team defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 13 runs.

From Mumbai Indians side openers Suryakumar Yadav and Evin Lewis played a brilliant knock and gave a strong opening partnership to Mumbai Indians. One hand, Suryakumar Yadav made 59 runs and on the other hand, Evin Lewis made 43 runs Their first wicket got out on 91 runs, however, their skipper Rohit Sharma doesn't stay long for much time and got out on 11 runs.

 

Their middle order batsman Hardik Pandya made 35 runs and helped the team to get the score of 182 runs. However, from Kolkata Knight Riders side, Robin Uthappa made needed 54 runs, and their continuous performer Nitish Rana made 31 runs with Uthappa.

Skipper Dinesh Karthik tried a lot to make assure the win for Kolkata Knight Riders but it looks like that the day was not for the Shah Rukh Khan-owned team.
