The 26th match of the Indian Premier League between Shreyas Iyer's Delhi Daredevil's and Dinesh Karthik's Kolkata Knight Riders. It was interesting to match as its fans witnessed the tremendous performance of Delhi's newly elected skipper against KKR. The Devils after losing the toss came to bat first and set a target of 220 runs for KKR. The KKR's batsmen failed to chase the score and lost the match by 55 runs. DD's skipper Shreyas Iyer become the Man of the Match.

DD's Prithvi Shaw and Clin Munro came to open first. While Colin walked out at 33 runs, Shaw gave his marvelous inning and chase 62 runs by hitting 7 fours and 2 sixes. The newly elected skipper of Delhi Shreyas Iyer played his super hit inning with 93 runs unbeaten. Talking about KKR's bowlers. Piyush Chawla, Shiwan Mavi, and Andre Russell took 1 wickets each of DD.

Kolkata's Chris Lyon came to open against DD along with Sunil Narine. Well, the team had a bad start after it lost it's the first wicket. Andre Russell scored 44 runs, while Shubman Gill scored 37 runs. Speaking about DD's bowling, Trent Boult, Glenn Maxwell, Avesh Khan and Amit Mishra took 2 wickets individually from KKR. Well, they failed to chase the score and lost the match.
