IPL 2018: Shame! CSK player Ravindra Jadeja's wife Riva assaulted by Jamnagar Policeman and the reason will hit you hard

The shameful incident has come to light from Gujarat’s Jamnagar where Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Riva Solanki was physically assaulted by a police constable on Monday. Reportedly, the reason behind this crime was that CSK player Jadeja’s wife Riva met with an accident when her car hit the bike of the policeman. Due to which the policeman got angry and got down from the bike and physically assaulted Riva, said Police.

According to the reports of India TV, an eyewitness also that the accident was minor but policeman reacted aggressively and slapped the lady forcefully.


The police constable has been identified as Sanjay Ahir and also get arrested after the complaint lodged by Riva at a local police station.

The incident allegedly took place at Saru Section road in Jamnagar where Riva’s car hit the motorcycle of the constable, said Jamnagar district superintendent of police Pradeep Sejul.

 

 

According to the police, ‘The policeman physically assaulted Reeva Jadeja after her car hit his motorbike. We are providing all possible help to her and will take strict action against the policeman.’

Currently, Ravindra Jadeja is playing for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League and CSK has made it to the playoffs of the tournament. The team is playing against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Qualifier 1 match which is going to be held today at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
