Here's how Virat Kohli thanked MS Dhoni for the dinner and a ride in his SUV

Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his team was left amazed after MS Dhoni drove them from the airport in his luxurious SUV. MS Dhoni and wife Sakshi Dhoni then hosted them for a dinner at his swanky farmhouse in his hometown Ranchi where team India will play their third ODI against Australia on March 8.

Virat Kohli took to his official Twitter handle to thank his teammate and former India captain MS Dhoni for hosting him and his team members for a dinner. Kohli wrote, “Great night with the boys at mahi bhais place last night. Good food, fun chats all around and great energy. Perfect team evening.”


 

During the first ODI match in Hyderabad, MS Dhoni joined the elite list of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid to complete 13,000 runs in List A cricket.

In the same match, MS Dhoni also became the highest six-hitter for India in one-day international cricket. Dhoni surpassed Rohit Sharma’s 215 sixes in ODI cricket.

MS Dhoni had an off day on the pitch as the veteran batsman was sent back to the pavilion for a golden duck by Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa. Dhoni had four half-centuries in the last four matches he played against Australia.

India and Australia will play their third ODI match JSCA International Stadium Complex in Jharkhand. India is currently 2-0 up in the five-match ODI series and will be looking to continue their momentum in the third match as well.
