Many veteran players have failed to make their place in the team because they failed to pass the Yo-Yo test. In recent, cricketer Ambati Rayadu and Mohammad Shami failed to clear this test and they won't be able to make their place in the team.
Rayadu's lost turned gain for Suresh Raina and he made his place in T20 and ODI team. The reactor scale to pass this test is 16.1 but do you know who is the cricketer who passes this test with highest marks. You must be thinking of Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, or Hardik Pandya but there is one player who has not played a single match for team India but still, he is far away from Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni.

The name of this player is Mayank Dagar, the player from Himachal Pradesh who plays for Delhi, not just passed this test but also with the highest numbers. Mayank Dagar got 19.3 marks in Yo-Yo test and that is the highest in India. Earlier the record was on middle-order batsman Manish Pandey's name who got 19.2 marks.
Although, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli has got approx 19 marks. Well, the fitness of Mayank Dagar is really appreciatable but he is failed to make big in the cricket field with it. Till now he has not performed well in first class cricket.
