All-rounder Ben Stokes helped England make one of the best come-back in the history of Test cricket. Stokes unbeaten 135-run knock helped England win the third Test against Australia in Leeds. The win is so important because England has never chased more than 350 runs in Test against Australia and this was the first time in 140 years they did that.

England chased down a mammoth 359 runs target in the fourth innings to record a historic win. After the match was over, World Cup hero Ben Stokes took to his official Twitter handle to share a message and congratulate his teammate Jack Leach. Leach came down to bat when England needed 73 runs to win and Australia needed just 1 wicket to seal the game. But Leach didn’t give up till the last run as he kept batting with Stokes.

Ben Stokes wrote, “I f*****g (don’t care if I get fined) love Test Match Cricket and I love englandcricket #ashes @jackleach1991 is a legend.”

Stokes has become a national hero after he helped England lift their first-ever World Cup this year in July. Stokes batted in a similar fashion to win yesterday’s match as he kept going till the last run was scored.
