The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) might exclude Kuldeep Yadav from India’s World Cup squad amidst his poor Indian Premier League performances. Kuldeep Yadav has been in his poorest form in this year’s IPL. Kuldeep has taken just 4 wickets from 9 IPL matches so far.

This is Kuldeep’s worst IPL season and he is very exhausted and stressed. There are reports coming in different sections of media that BCCI might not take Kuldeep for the upcoming World Cup in England and Wales. Last night Kuldeep was seen crying after Moeen Ali hit him for 27 runs in the 16th over, although he took his wicket in the last ball.

The World Cup will start from May 30 with host England playing against South Africa. India will also play its first match against the Proteas on June 5.

Kuldeep Yadav was the most expensive bowler for Kolkata Knight Rider last night as his economy was 14.75 and went for 59 runs from 4 overs.

Royal Challengers Bangalore won the match by 10 runs as Kolkata couldn’t chase down the target of 213 runs. The match was a high scoring spectacle as both the teams scored more than 200 runs. Last time when RCB and KKR met in Bengaluru fans saw a similar scoring pattern but that time around Kolkata chased down the target with help of Andre Russell.

Russell tried his best last night along with Nitish Rana but fell just an inch short. Russell scored 65 off 25 balls while Rana scored 85 off 46.
