Ajinkya Rahane's India C wins the Deodhar Trophy by defeating Shreyas Iyer's India B

India C won the Deodhar trophy finals by beating India B led by Shreyas Iyer. What a highscoring final it was with over 600 runs scored by bot the teams combined.

India C batting first they put up a huge score of 352 on board, with Rahane and Ishan Kishan both scoring a century. Rahane made an unbeaten 144 runs of 156 balls, while Ishan Kishan scored 144 runs of 87 balls before getting a lbw on Unadkat's ball.


The centurian from the previous match Shubman Gill got out after making a 26 of 33 balls.

On the other hand India B were all out for 323 runs. Skipper Shreyas Iyer was the only bastman to score a century from their team, while Ruturaj Gaikwad made a 60 of 56 balls. Shreyas was not happy when the bowler Rahul Chahar got his wicket and got involved in a small talk with the latter. Rahul's brother Deepak Chahar was in Iyer's team and got two wickets in his name and also scored 21 runs while batting.

Rahane the skipper and the man of the match collected the siverware while his team celebrated with lots of yelling and cheering. Up next is Ranji trophy in the domestic calender.
