Akshay Kumar wants Nimrat Kaur to be a part of his next home production

Nimrat Kaur, who won over audiences with her film, Lunchbox, is gearing up for the release of her mega project, Airlift with Akshay Kumar.

With Bollywood's Khiladi helming the film, an intriguing trailer and a strong plot in place, Airlift is expected to open well.

The actress will next be seen in a female-centric film produced by Akshay Kumar. According to sources, the film will be an action film with a strong emotional backdrop and will go on floors by mid-2016.

In an interview, Akshay Kumar offered a sneak peek into his next film:

"I had read a script which required a female protagonist. It is a brilliant story and I will soon ask Nimrat to read the script. The film will be produced by me."
