Would you throw a party in a house where someone was killed? These guys would!

A bizarre video has surfaced of two men promising to throw parties in the house in Pretoria where South African paralympian Oscar Pistorius killed Reeva Steenkamp in 2013.

The men, David Scott and Kagiso Mokoape, can be seen walking around the house, while chugging beer, as they dissect the highly-publicised crime, and recount their own version of the events of the day.

Scott and Mokoape appear to have recently brought the house that Pistorious put up on sale to pay off his legal fees.

"Oscar brought this house to entertain... This is basically an entertainer's house," says Scott, inviting people to come party at their home. "Hot girls can invite themselves," he adds with a chuckle. "Every weekend, its going to down here, says Mokoape.

Pistorius was given a five-year jail term for his crime but his parole has been delayed. The video comes even as the case has been picked up this week to discuss the possibilities of putting Pistorius under house arrest.

The video tour of the house ends in the toilet where Steenkamp was shot dead. "No disrespect to anything that happened," Scott says. "I feel bad for Reeva's parents," adds Mokoape, as a way of apology.

The News24 website, which picked up the video, later stated that Scott had apologised for the video, and said that it had given a totally wrong message.

Is this video in bad taste? See for yourself:
