Terrifying! Hungry crocodile attacks cheetah, drags it into water [WATCH]
A horrifying video of cheetah and crocodile has gone viral on social media. In the video, a 13-foot crocodile can be seen attacking a young cheetah who was trying to drink water at a water hole in South Africa.
The video was said to be from December 2020, which was shot by WildEarth safari guide Busani Mtshali, 30, from the KwaZulu-Natal province.
The incredible footage showed a thirsty cheetah cub near the water body and all of sudden, a crocodile, who was hiding below the waterline, attacked the cub.

The reptile grabbed the cheetah cub between its jaws while the latter tried hard to escape from its grip. However, the cub couldn’t save itself from the hungry reptile and die.

Busani can be heard saying while recording the video, “It is so painful. It is more than the word painful. There is nothing really we can do because the croc was just ambushing the cheetah when the young cheetah cub went down to drink water.”
The viral video had garnered over 11 million views on YouTube. Netizens could stop themselves to share their views on the video.
One of the users said, “Cheetah: "I am speed". Crocodile:"Hold my teeth"." Yet another noted, "This is what cheetahs do to deers, that's how food chain works.”
The other wrote, “That silence was the other cheetahs mourning the loss of their friend.”
