The incident reportedly took place on August 1 at a Chipotle branch on Charles Street.

The customer identified as Atony Evans, who was unhappy with the services and had complained about his delayed order.

Reportedly, Evans ordered his food via online mode and had to wait an extra 30 minutes before the food was served. Due to this, Evans got annoyed with the services and he approached the counter staff and asked to speak to the manager about the delay.

However, a woman at the counter, purporting to be the manager, started arguing with the customer.

"You messed out my order and then I come and I complain and you just kept ignorant," Evans said. He further told the woman that he is going to upload the video on Facebook, the woman again shouted at him.

The woman kept on shouting at the man. After a few seconds of heated arguments, the woman threw the pair of scissors at the customer from the counter.
