People spend thousands of rupees to get their teeth cleaned. One has to visit a dentist to get work done. However, a scuba diver found a bizarre trick to get his teeth cleaned.

His teeth cleaning technique has also gone viral on social media.


In the video, the scuba diver can be seen getting his teeth cleaned not by a dentist but by a shrimp underwater.

The video has been shared by Amazing Nature’s on Twitter along with a caption, “Need Teeth Clean Contact me”

Undoubtedly, the video has gone viral on social media.

In the now-viral clip, a shrimp can be seen in the water, and then it enters the mouth of the scuba diver.

The White-banded Cleaner Shrimp is seen cleaning the teeth of the diver.

The scuba diver patiently waited as the crustacean cleaned his teeth.

The video has garnered over 102k views and 1,275 likes on the micro-blogging site.

Netizens left in shock after seeing the viral video and many questioned if the shrimp was really cleaning his teeth.

One of the users said, “These animals have a symbiotic relationship with a few sea animals.

They feed on what's left on animals' teeth. In the process, they clean the animals' teeth!”

Another commented, “shrimp be like, sir u are not flossing daily.”
