Bride asks wedding guests to par Rs 7000 for this bizarre reason!

In a strange incident, a bride has made a bizarre request from her wedding guest. A Reddit user has shared the invitation on social media which has now gone viral on social media.

The bride demanded the US $(( (Rs 7000) from her wedding guests because she and her groom didn’t have money for the wedding reception. The whole incident has been shared by the bride’s friend on the social media platform.

A Reddit user revealed in his post, the bride asked the guest to bring Rs 7,000 for their wedding as they don’t have money for the reception.

Bride’s friend wrote, “On the invitation card, the bride said that we are unable to afford food, so the guests are requested to pay the US $99.”

He further added that the wedding venue was so far from their house due to which they had to drive for about four hours to get to the venue.

Talking about the arrangement, the bride’s friend wrote that a box was installed at the wedding venue with an appeal to donate the money. The message written on the box was, “Guests please donate money for future and new house.”

The post has garnered several reactions from netizens. One of the users said that the couple shouldn’t have done such a thing. Another commented that he shouldn’t go to such a wedding reception, even if the person is close to him.

While one user extends support to the couple by saying that they might actually not have money for their wedding reception.
