          Novak Djokovic wins his seventh Australian open title after dominating Rafael Nadal in straight sets. This was Novak’s fifteenth grand slam title. This was also the first time when World No. 2 Rafael Nadal lost a grand slam final in straight sets. After the match Nadal thanked his fans and promised to keep fighting, he also congratulated Novak Djokovic for the incredible win.
Djokovic dominated the Spaniard from the start as Nadal looked out of touch. Novak demolished Nadal by 6-3, 6-2, 6-3 to clinch the 2019 Australian Open title.
