Playboy's first non-nude cover is all about Snapchat and sexting

When Playboy announced a few months back that it will no longer feature nudes in the magazine, there was one question running through people's head: "What else will it feature?"

Playboy has just released a sneak peek of its first issue with a non-nude cover. The March issue, which will be out next week, contains pictures of women as if they are posing for Snapchat selfies. While the pictures are not in the nude, they are definitely provocative.

Playboy elucidates that it made sure that cover model Sarah McDaniels(a social media star) was a professional when it comes to using Snapchat.

"She easily proved that she's a "Snapchat Master," and even allowed us to put her videos together into a very sexy compilation," reports BGR quoting the publication.

Dree Hemingway also features in the first non-nude issue of Playboy. Dree is the daughter of actress Mariel Hemingway and the great grand-daughter of Ernest Hemingway.

Playboy has broken up with the 62-year long traditional of featuring nudity in its magazine.

Playboy kicked-off in 1953 with Marilyn Monroe as the cover girl. The rise of internet pornography is behind Playboy's move to do away with nudity.

They want to target the social media-loving audience and plan to tap into the sexting culture.
