Aman Bansal emerges as IIT JEE Advanced 2016 topper

JEE Advanced results, for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), were declared around 10 am on 12 June, 2016.

Jaipur's Aman Bansal has emerged as topper of IIT JEE Advanced exam 2016. Bansal is a student of Allen Institute, Rajasthan.

Bhavesh Dhingra from Yamuna Nagar got AIR 2 while Kunal Goyal from Jaipur is at AIR 3 position. Among girls, Riya Singh from Kota has emerged as the topper with an AIR of 133.

About two lakh candidates had appeared for JEE Advanced exam, which was held on 22 May, 2016. Just 36566 candidates have qualified for IIT seats in 2016.IIT aspirants can check their All India Ranks (AIRs) along with their category wise ranks and scores on the official website.
