Today Weather Report: Delhiites wake up to coldest morning of the season

Delhi residents wake up to the coldest morning of the season on Wednesday with the minimum temperature settled at 5.0-degree Celsius and maximum at 19.0-degree Celsius. Not just this even the low wind speeds deteriorated the Air Quality Index (AQI) falling to 321 at 7:30 am, as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

On Tuesday, Delhi witnessed the coldest day in the 22 years with the difference the minimum and maximum temperatures dipping to 1.8 degree celsius.


As per IMD (Indian Meteorological Department) said that from Thursday the temperature is expected to go one notch higher because of approaching western disturbances. “Today the maximum and the minimum temperature are expected to go up,” said Kuldeep Srivastava, head of IMD’s regional weather forecasting centre.
