Supreme Court slams Centre On Taj Mahal for apathy, says 'either we will shut it down or you demolish or restore it'

Taj Mahal is one of the beautiful heritage of India and day by day its beauty is witnessing a downfall. The Supreme Court on Wednesday slammed the Centre in strong remarks. "Either we will shut down the Taj or you demolish or restore it," the court told the government.
The apex court was hearing a petition that calls for proper maintenance of the Taj Mahal, a 16th-century marble mausoleum. Taj Mahal draws thousands of tourists from India and abroad each year.
