Priyanka Gandhi on Onion, Petrol rates hike: BJP government seems to be in a sleeping mood right now

Congress Party National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra slammed the central government of India over the rising prices of onions and petrol.

On Monday, the price of petrol has crossed Rs 75 across the nation due to which there is an outcry among the common man across the nation.


Earlier, people were crying because of the high price of onion which was selling at Rs 150 per kg.

Due to the inflation of onion and petrol price, Priyanka has targeted the Modi-led government on December 9.

Taking to Twitter, Priyanka Gandhi wrote, “Inflation has troubled the public. Onion has crossed 200 in many places. Petrol has crossed 75 by being expensive. The BJP government seems to be in a sleeping mood right now. #Buntadhar.”

 

As per the media reports, petrol, diesel prices are expected to increase further because of the following a spike in crude oil rates after Saudi Arabia announced to cut crude oil production. Noteworthy, in the last 3 months, crude oil rates were now trading near the highest level.
