Too special for Kejriwal's odd-even. Ministers reject bus arranged for them

Lawmakers across various political parties came together to protest against the odd-even policy rolled out by the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi.

Congress lawmaker Ghulam Nabi Azad on 25 April demanded exemption from the odd-even rule during the ongiong Parliament session. Meanwhile, Union Minster Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the issue will be resolved after discussing with the authorities.

This is the first time that lawmakers are facing the Odd-Even 2.0.

The Kejriwal government has also arranged a special AC bus service to drop the MPs at the Parliament. But, the bus hardly saw any passengers as most of the lawmakers brought their own vehicles to protest against the policy.

Amongst many, Paresh Rawal, a BJP lawmaker, apologised for riding in an even-numbered car on an odd-date.

"Made a serious blunder... Sorry to Arvind ji and Delhiites," Rawal said after being fined.

Meanwhile, BJP MP from South Delhi, Ramesh Bidhuri was found following the odd-even. However, he did not miss the chance to say,"Unlike Kejriwal, I follow the law."
