Assembly Election Results 2018: Celebration begins at Congress office; see pics and videos
Almost two hours have been over till voting begins for the assembly elections in five states at 8 am. It seems like Congress is gaining the majority and likely to defeat Bhartiya Janata Party.
At 10 am, Congress is ahead in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. While in Telangana, the Telangana Rashtriya Samiti (TRS) has raced ahead.
Amid counting, Congress workers have begun the celebrations. Especially in Rajasthan, where the party believes to wrest the power from the BJP since after 2013 elections and ready to make a comeback.
Also, the celebration has begun outside Congress office in Delhi.

Since last month, millions of people cast their votes in the five states for assembly elections. The results of assembly elections 2018 have been considered as a semi-final battle ahead of the next 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) was ruling the three states i.e. Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
BJP has been ruling in Chhattisgarh and Madhy Pradesh since 15 years. While in Rajasthan, it was in rule since 2013.
Now, Congress will soon to form its government in these states.
