AAP vs Centre: Sheila Dikshit to Subramanian Swamy, here's what oppositions have to say on SC's verdict on Delhi power tussle
Supreme Court on pronounced the judgement stated that no one is the boss on Arvind Kejriwal government and Centre power tussle and said, L-G is the Administrator of Delhi. Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra says 'Obeying the constitution is everybody's duty and responsibility'. Several opposition leaders also came up with their view on the top court's judgement.
BJP leader N Kohli, says “Don't understand how Delhi government is claiming this to be a victory? Their main plank was that this is a state whereas Court has unequivocally said its not a state. They said they had the exclusive executive control that was rejected too. This is a UT, Centre has a role to play.”
Meanwhile, Congress leader and former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit also say, “Delhi is not a state, it is a UT. She said I think what SC has said is very clear. As per Article 239 (AA) of the Constitution, Delhi is not a state, it is a UT. If Delhi Government & LG don't work together then Delhi will face problems. Congress ruled Delhi for 15 years, no conflict took place then.”

While, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia says, “Its a landmark judgement by Supreme Court. Now Delhi Government will not have to send their files to LG for approval, now work will not be stalled. I thank the SC, its a big win for democracy.”
Responding to the Top court's judgement Delhi CM and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal took micro-blogging site, Twitter and said 'it is a big victory for Delhi people and for democracy. CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “a big victory for the people of Delhi...a big victory for democracy.”

Kejriwal government had argued that the Lieutenant Governor (L-G) had created a situation that no bureaucrat is obeying Delhi Chief Ministers and other Ministers directions. It also argued that Article 239 AA could not be used by the Lt Governor to frustrate the constitutional mandate for an elected government in Delhi, reports.
Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra said 'the relationship between Centre and State Government should be healthy'. 'The LG must work harmoniously with the state, the LG and council of ministers have to be constantly aligned,' he added. The apex court also referred that no one is Delhi's boss.
The CJI Dipak Misra also said that 'Delhi cannot have full statehood in view of an earlier nine-judge judgment.' “Its a good verdict by Supreme Court. LG and Delhi Govt have to work harmoniously, can't always have a confrontation. Daily squabbles are not good for democracy. I welcome the decision, said Soli Sorabjee, former Attorney General of India.
