Stay relaxed

Your feelings are directly related to your periods. In such a situation, stress and insufficient sleep affects your monthly cycle. For this, try to keep your mind calm and relax yourself with meditation and so on.

Making physical relationships

Many people advise to create more relationships for early pregnancies. Creating physical relations in very large quantities is not right for health. In such a case, when there is an irregular period compliant, it is right for pregnancy to build relationships after leaving a day in the five-six-day fertile period.
