Virat Kohli becomes the second batsman to score 5,000 Indian Premier League runs. Kohli is just the second player to achieve this feat after Suresh Raina. Raina achieved this record in the opener of IPL between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Kohli also became the fastest to do so as he scored 5,000 runs from just 165 matches, while Raina achieved the feat from 176 matches.

Virat Kohli was dismissed right after making 5,000 IPL runs, Kohli was caught by Hardik Pandya off Jasprit Bumrah's ball. Kohli scored 32-ball 46 before getting out.

Royal Challengers Bangalore is up against Mumbai Indians and the host are looking in a tricky position as they are 3 wickets down.
