UP Horror: Man rapes daughter, forces her to have sexual relation with others

In an appalling incident of crime repoorted from Uttar Pradesh, the state police have booked 28 people for allegedly raping a Class 11 student in Lalitpur district. The victim’s father, the Samajwadi Party district president and Bahujan Samaj Party district president are among the 28 accused.

As maintained by the victim, her father raped her for the first time when she was just in Class 6. Since then, her father has raped her on numerous occasions, victim told police.


Furthermore, the victim alleged that her father used to call other people for "business purposes". She was compelled to have a sexual relationship with these individuals as well.

In her police complaint, the victim also accused Samajwadi Party district president Tilak Yadav, his three younger brothers, BSP district president Deepak Ahirvar, another BSP leader Neeraj Tiwari and some of her family members of rape.

The victim said her father also threatened to kill her mother if she told anything about the unfortunate incident to anyone.

On the basis of the victim's complaint, the police filed a case against all the accused, including the victim’s father, under sections 354 (assault), 376D (rape), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 328, 506 (criminal intimidation), 120B and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.

"A case was registered against 28 people late last night. The girl is a minor and she also has a brother. All statements and the information given is being verified," police said.

"The victim's statement is being takin. A medical analysis will be carried out. All angles will be investigated because the matter is a sensitive one. As fresh evidence comes to light, we'll do our investigation diligently," ASP Girijesh Kumar.
