Greater Noida: Nowhere to keep, kidnappers strangle 4-year-old boy to death

In a horrific case reported from Greater Noida, a 4-year-old boy was allegedly put to death by two men who kidnapped his as the latter didn’t have a place to keep him. The festered body of the boy was discovered inside a marshland in Surajpur. The boy went missing from near his house.

The four-year-old boy, who is now dead was identified as Hrithik. He was the youngest of the three siblings. He went missing from near his residence on 24th January. The family of the victim alleged that he could not be found on time because of police negligence.


The family of the victim raised qualm on two people who had come to the village a few days back before the kidnapping. One of the accused, indentified as Anil, was taken into custody while the other managed to flee.

In the time of inquisition, Anil told the police that the two of them strangulated the kid to death the same day they abducted him, according to a report by The Times of India. The kidnappers didn’t have any place to keep the kid as his family approached the police but were planning to ask ransom from them.

However, the accused got panicked when the police initiated a probe into the case. The family of the victim alleged that he was attacked on the head with a stone and his skull was split into two half.
