During summer time, you can have all the fun activity you want. Summertime is always the best time to travel. Some people always prefer to travel to different places. Yeah, it is a bit uncomfortable for a few to travel under the scorching hot Sun but then going to the beach and have fun with your family and friends doesn't seem so bad during summer.
The only drawback is that the hot weather creates discomfort as you have to take good care of your skin and hair the appropriate way because during summertime, staying indoors for the whole day is not a solution. You can protect your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays by some natural ingredients which are very easy to make.
So, here are some tips how you can make the most of your summertime, a fun time.
Drink lots of water even if you aren't that thirsty. It helps to fight multiple skin related issues. Now, if you think about it, water is not a medicine and yet it does act like one. There is one thing that is true and that is, an excess of everything is always bad, but drinking a lot of water only helps you.
Carry a bottle of water wherever you go and drink water in every passing hour. Staying hydrated will keep you energetic. Avoid such drinks like tea and coffee with coconut water, thandai, lemon juice, buttermilk, sugarcane juice, etc.
Ayurvedic face mask
If you have Ayurvedic face pack, then you don't have to worry about the reactions or the complications as it has no side-effects. Multani mitti face mask mixed with milk is good for skin. Similarly, honey for oily skin and water for normal skin. This will improve the natural glow of the skin. You can also apply tomato pulp, apple fruit, or smash boiled potatoes with 2 Tbsp of lemon juice to give your skin a natural glow.
Aloevera and cucumber:
These skin toners can be very beneficial for your skin. It helps people oily or acne-prone skin as it cleanses your skin and closes the pores by tightening the cell gaps.

The basic reason behind blood impurification and skin disorders is sudden temperature changes. Avoid stepping out directly from Air conditioned atmosphere into harsh scorching hot sun or vice-versa. Use sunscreen lotions whenever it is required.
