All of us are aware about the benefits of doing physical as well as meditation and how it changes one's life. Yoga has the power to cure diseases and help an individual to improve health.

Very few people know about nude yoga as it hasn't gained much popularity among the mass. An instructor from Queensland's Toowoomba runs a Yoga Bhava where teaches her client nude yoga. The 29-year-old Aleea Moodie motivates the women to undress and learn the art. She has inspired a lot of women of all shapes and sizes, women in the yoga class are taught to embrace their own bodies. This way, women's self-confidence is boosted and the level of self-esteem also increases.

Aleea Moodie believes, by stripping off the clothes women leave behind all the insecurities and it also boosts body confidence. This form of yoga has the power to chnage your body language and is spiritual too.

She told Daily Mail Australia, 'I realised a lot of women have body confidence issues so I wanted to break the stigma. About a year ago, I thought about exploring the nudity culture and encourage women to embrace their own natural body.'

The young instructor believes, the nude yoga is not about sexualising nudity rather it teaches one to be self-confident enough, embrace their own skin and body.

Aleea Moodie started teaching nude yoga last year in May. One of her client shared her experience, 'One of the ladies I taught shared a beautiful feedback with me - she told me my classes changed her life. It's really fulfilling to hear these comments,' said the young instructor.

To discard the misconception about nude yoga, 'We do flow stretches on the floor such as yin yoga so no one feels vulnerable and everyone feels comfortable straight away,' said Aleea.

If you are planning to join her classes in Queensland, she charges $20-an-hour and the setting of the room is dark, candel lit and the clients sit in a single line facing the front of the room.
