Robin Singh scores wonder goal as India register 1st win in 2018 FIFA WC qualifiers

India ended their five match win-less streak in the 2018 football World Cup qualifying campaign by registering a 1 - 0 win over Guam in Bengaluru.
Robin Singh scored the decisive goal from outside the box in the 10th minute to give the Sunil Chhetri led side three points in the Group D match.
Although Guam tried to stage a strong comeback, the hosts were successfully able to thwart their rivals' challenge despite losing Sehnaj Singh in the 41st minute.
With the win, India avenged their 2 - 1 defeat against Guam in the first leg contest. However, they are still languishing down at the bottom of their group with three points.
