Are you also among those who are having the fear of Mathematics subject? If yes, then CBSE has brought a new proposal for such students who get scared with the Mathematics subject and don't want to study in higher studies also. The Central Board of Secondary Education is examining its proposal to introduce a two version of the mathematics question papers. Yes, those students are having the maths phobia or having less interest in the subject and don’t want to appear for the tough edition of the exam would get the benefit from it.
In the proposal, there will be a two maths paper- one is difficult and other is easy in comparison the first for classes 9th to 12th.
The benefit from this proposal is that students who scored fewer marks in the subject and even don’t want to study the subject will be able to avoid the tag that they aren’t good at the subject even if they score low marks in their high-school level.
However, the subject expert committee is examining the proposal and planning how to work out over the concept so that how the two different level of examination could be created. This would not only mean a different paper for the students but also a different curriculum as well, said sources.
However, this move has been appreciated by the teachers and called it is as an appreciable step.
Those students who are planning to opt engineering courses and wanted to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and Advanced will be able to study mathematics at the higher level. While those students who are willing to take admission for medical courses and appear for the NEET exam will have a choice of studying the subject at the easier level.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is responsible for conducting the various examinations like Class 10th and Class 12th board examinations as well as other competitive examinations like NEET and other. Recently, the board examination results for both the classes have been declared. Now, the new session for Class 10th will begin while for Class 12th new college life would start. During the exam time, many students seem to be scared of the Mathematics subject due to the calculations and formulas.
