This woman cricketer got married to her fellow All rounder team mate, see pics
'Love is in the air' it is well said for the people who are deeply in love with their fellow partner, sidelining all the caste, religion but for these couple, its different from all others. On Saturday, two woman cricketers from South African teams tied knot with each other. Dane van Niekerk, the captain of South African women cricket team exchanged vows to her fellow teammate Marizanne Kapp who is fast bowling all-rounder.
Marizanne Kapp took to her Instagram account to make the announcement regarding their wedding and it is being said that most of the South African women cricketers graced the event.
They both Dane van Niekerk and Marizanne Kapp made their international debut in the 2009 Women’s World Cup within a gap of just 2 days. Niekerk played her first international match against West Indies on March 9 while on March 10. Whule, Kapp made her debut against the Australian side.
Earlier, New Zealand woman cricketers Amy Satterthwaite and Lea Tahuhu got married last year. Niekerk and Kapp are very important player of South African squad and they have always proved their talent with both bat and ball in all the formats. The duo together have played in 82 ODIs and 56 T20Is and they both are the first two girls who joined the boy’s cricket academy.
