IPL Final 2018, CSK v SRH : Watson Ton guides CSK to seal the VIVO IPL Crown for the third time
Two time Champions Chennai Super Kings seal the VIVO IPL Crown for the third time against Sunrisers Hyderabad. CSK won by 8 wickets in Wankhede Stadium on Sunday night. Shane Watson became only the second batsman in Indian Premier League history to century in IPL Final.
Shane Watson unbeaten knock of 117 capped off a memorable night for CSK as they marked their return to IPL fold after a break of two years with a third title, equalling the record of Mumbai Indians.

Sunrisers Hyderbad managed to put 178 runs with 7 wickets down in 20 overs. Team lost the toss and came to bat on the crease.The Shreevats Goswami and Shikhar Dhawan came to open the innings, failed to provide the momentum. Goswami managed to score only runs and got run out. While Shikhar Dhawan still on the crease to led the SRH innings with the skipper Kane Williamson, Dhawan managed to score 26 runs off 25 balls and got dismissed by Ravindra Jadeja.
Kane Williamson played good knock provided momentum to team and scored 47 runs from 36 balls and caught by Karn Sharma. Left hand batsman Shakib Al Hasan smashed 23 runs from just 13 balls. Yusuf Pathan and Carlos Braithwate played a brilliant knock, guide team to score 160+ score while Deepak Hooda failed to contribute for the team and managed to score 3 runs from just 4 balls.
The Chennai Super Kings bowlers has given discent performance. Lungi Ngidi, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Karn Sharma and Dwayne Bravo scalped one wicket each in their 4 over spell while Deepak Chahar haven't got any wickets and conceeded 25 runs in thier 4 over spell.
Chennai Super Kings batted very well. Faf Du Plessis failed to contribute and scored just 10 runs from 11 balls. Suresh Raina and Watson provided momentum to the team, brought the team closer to CSK's victory. Raina Scored 32 runs from just 24 balls and caught by Shreevats.
Riding on the Shoulder of Shane Watson, he just fired on the ground. Watson smashed 117* runs from 57 balls. Watson thrashed the bowling line up of Sunrisers Hyderabad.Ambati Rayudu hits the winning runs for CSK, scored 17* from just 19 balls.
