Team India who still remain unbeaten in the World Cup 2019 will go face to face against Afghanistan at the Rose Bowl this afternoon. Going into this match India have already lost some of their key players due to injury.

The Afghanistan match, which appears to be an uneven contest, India will not look to experiment their playing XI, pacer Mohammed Shami seem to be the only forced change as Bhuvneshwar Kumar has suffered a slight niggle on his hamstrings.

Vijay Shankar who sustained an injury scare during the practice has ruled himself fit to play and will be in action for Virat Kohli led team India.

Afghanistan, who have been fighting their own demons in the World Cup 2019, will be looking to field the same team against the men in blue. Their marquee spinner Rashid Khan, who went for plenty of runs in their last match, will also be looking to recuperate his confidence as he will be glancing to implement his IPL experience against the Indian batsmen.

In fact, the spin attack of Rashid, Md Nabi and Mujeeb could be of survice for Afghanistan as they will be looking to put some pressure on the Indian batsmen and take early wickets in the match

Probable XIs:

India: Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli(c), Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni(wk), Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah
