Actor Salman Khan, who is busy shooting for Kabir Khan's Tubelight, will soon be working on the sequel to Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick.
The film, which is currently in its scripting stage, will have to be bigger and better than the original. And Nadiadwala is aware of the huge expectations from the sequel. Talking to Catch a few days back, he had said:
"I have started writing Kick 2. It will go on floors only when I am satisfied with the script. The kind of films Salman Khan is doing these days, it would be a task for me to compete with them. Have a look at the kind of appreciation Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan got."
While the film is definitely going to be an out and out Salman Khan entertainer, speculations over its female lead are rife. And if we observe the female lead who has starred in most Sajid's recent films, Jacqueline Fernandez stands out. So will she be a part of this sequel too?
While Jacqueline has already worked in four films made by the production house, whatever is next in the pipeline might be something huge.
The Jacqueline-Nadiadwala tryst began with Houseful 2 (2012) and since then, the actress has delivered hits like Kick (2014), Housefull 3 (2015) and most recently, Dishoom (2015) under the banner.
With Kick 2 on board, seems like the hangover of Jacqueline-Salman chemistry will be here to stay!
