Viacom 18 to promote Motu Patlu on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, but what about Bigg Boss 10?

Viacom 18 Motion Pictures is gearing up for its debut animation movie -- Motu Patlu: King Of Kings, which is slated to hit the screens on 14 October. Considering that the film market in India is not quite flourished for animated movies yet, the production banner has laid down a special plan for the promotion of the film.

During the trailer launch event of the film in Mumbai, when asked about the promotions of Motu Patlu: King of Kings, CEO of Viacom 18, Ajith Andhare said:

"The promotional campaign of Motu Patlu will largely be led through the characters but we will try to maximize other promotional opportunities as well. We have our own network of channels on television and we will make maximum use of that to promote the film. We will make appearances on shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa amongst others."

But, does this promotional strategy also include visiting Bigg Boss 10? Andhare said:

"Well, I can't comment if the film will be promoted on Bigg Boss or not since a lot depends on logistics of our release date and show timings. Let's see what we have on cards."

Films that are expected to be promoted on the sets of the controversial reality TV show are Shivaay, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Befikre,Dangal among others.
