Working with one of India's biggest superstars, Salman Khan, was a strikingly different experience for Ali Abbas Zafar after having worked with only the younger generation of actors like Imran Khan, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor.

The director revealed that on film sets, Khan is like a small kid who loves to have people around him.

Despite varied media reports, Zafar believes that Salman is completely a different person in real life. Recollecting his conversation with his team of Mixed Martial Arts trainers from the US lead by Larnell Stovall, Ali said:

"My team of MMA trainers had a lot of apprehensions about working with Salman Khan but after they trained him for two and half months, they came to me one day and said that he was just too good."

According to Zafar, the trainers said that in the media reports Salman comes across as 'very moody', with 'starry tantrums' but their training session went on so smoothly that despite having worked with Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme and other A-list action heroes in Hollywood, they found Salman 'more dedicated than them'.
