Sridevi death: Ekta Kapoor slams media for claiming actress's death due to surgery

The television queen Ekta Kapoor slammed the Indian media those are suggesting different causes for the legendary actress Sridevi's death. Ekta Kapoor gave a strong reply to them through an angry tweet who are suggesting Sridevi's death due to surgery.

Ekta Kapoor tweeted, Evil ones pls realise one percent ( as fwded as my doc told me) of the population can have an cardiac arrest without any heart condition or any kind of surgery! It’s destiny not how evil rumour mongers portray!!!

 

According to some media reports, Sridevi died due to cardiac arrest in a hotel of Dubai on 24th February. But some people on social media are saying that the actress died due to surgery as one of her surgery got failed. According to a newspaper of Dubai, the actress was found unconscious in the bathroom of her hotel room at 11.30 PM. Her husband Boney Kapoor took her to hospital but there she was announced dead.

This is to notice that in the long-running career the veteran actress did more than 200 films in most of the languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. After marrying with producer Boney Kapoor she took a long break of 15 years from the cinema, however, she made a comeback through Gauri Shinde's English Vinglish.

Her last film was 'Mom' made under her home production and she was appreciated for her performance in the film. Now her last screen presence will be seen in Aanand L Rai's film Zero starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif.
